Black Spot in Strawberries

Black Spot is a major disease of strawberries, affecting most parts of the plant. It can cause serious losses throughout the season. Fruit rot. Ripening fruit develop round, firm, sunken spots that usually turn dark brown or black, or remain light tan. The spots can enlarge until the whole fruit is affected. White fungal growth and pink spore masses develop on the spots in humid conditions.
