Potassium Sulphate Soluble Ref #SPS/25

A highly soluble form of potassium sulphate, ideal for supplying the plant with potassium and sulphur in turf, hydroponic and other horticultural situations. Can be used in a wide range of applications but as a fertiliser or soil amendment is useful in providing ongoing nutrition in a maintenance situation. Helps overcome deficiencies in plant tissue and soil. May burn if applied in larger amounts or if used in the heat of the day. Can be dissolved in water and applied as a spray on turf, ornamentals and vegetables.

Useful in lowering pH in highly alkaline soil conditions in a program using Sulphates to bring soil pH down to an acceptable level.

Directions for use

• Tank mix product in enough water to get good coverage of the treated area.
• Apply product to actively growing turf at 0.5-2.0 kg/100 m2 or as indicated by soil testing.
• Apply to dry foliage. Water in after application with 2-4 mm of irrigation.
• If temperatures exceed 30° C or if application to damp or wet turf is unavoidable, irrigate immediately after application.
